YOGA VIHAR teaching method of the ATTC is a fusion of the classical system of Yoga in all aspects along with contemporary practices in a relaxed atmosphere. This method provides the participants with the authenticity of the ancient wisdom of Yoga combined with the needs of our modern times.
Individual & Intense Single or Group Training for individual needs. The personal training with the teacher helps the participants to direct special attention to each exercise. This one-on-one session takes 60 minutes and provides the participant with the required assistance to attain well-being.
