The objective of the class is to meet the individual’s needs. Personal training with the teacher helps the participants to direct special attention to each exercise.
This one-on-one session takes 60 minutes and provides the participant with the required assistance to attain his or her well-being.
This class provides intense training for the body and mind, however, this is done in a relaxed atmosphere in small groups for 60 minutes.
There is a maximum of only eight participants so the group can benefit from personal attention and individual support.
