Stress prevention with yoga for professionals

In our 3-day educational vacation, you will learn various yoga techniques that will help you to get through your working day healthier, more relaxed and happier.In addition to physical and breathing exercises, we will also teach you some meditation techniques and relaxation techniques (deep relaxation). We will also look individually at which exercises are useful for your anatomy, e.g. for shoulder, back and neck tension, and we can also help you with suitable breathing exercises for fatigue and concentration difficulties.

We want you to take a range of theoretical and practical options into your everyday working life so that you can look after your own mental and physical health.

This course is aimed at professionals who want to take preventative care of their physical and mental health. Previous knowledge of yoga is not required, but is also welcome.
