Wellness Retreat in the Nature

The manor house with 900 square meters of living space is located in the middle of nature and the accommodation is very comfortable.

Our retreat concept is unique and includes the aspects of health, spirit and energy. Our retreat is open to everyone, regardless of their yoga experience, background, age so it is suitable for you in any case.

• Physical fitness is important for everyday life and our daily yoga classes will help you with this and you will also learn useful exercises to maintain your fitness.
• Good food is essential for good health. Our highly qualified cook will prepare tasty and healthy food for us.
• Mental health is equally important, our meditation exercises, mantra chanting, breathing exercises and relaxation will optimize the mind and bring clarity and energy.
