Do you want to counteract everyday stress and bring your body and mind back into balance? Then our certified preventative course ” Goodbye Stress – Relax with Hatha Yoga ” is just right for you!
In this course, you’ll learn simple and easy-to-implement yoga exercises: breathing and physical exercises, sun salutations, and soothing relaxation techniques. The goal is to equip you with practical tools that strengthen you both physically and mentally – so you can go through the day with more composure and find peace more easily. The focus is on breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation.

This course is certified by the Central Testing Agency for Prevention (ZPP). As a participant, you can have part of the course fee reimbursed by your statutory health insurance provider. 10 sessions of 75 minutes
each, February 12 – April 30, 2026 (no classes during Easter break).
Thursdays, 9:30 – 10:45 a.m.
For adults aged 18–69 , ideal for beginners and also for participants with prior knowledge.
Cost: €150.
Reimbursement by statutory health insurance is possible.
Certificate of attendance for reimbursement will be issued on the last day of the course.
