Upon successful completion, you will receive the Yoga Bhaskara Certificate – Advanced Yoga Teacher Certificate (AYTC).

Our Yoga Vihar Advanced Training Course (AYTC) offers you the opportunity to further your education in a way that is tailored to your individual interests and needs. This training is designed for yoga teachers who wish to deepen their practice and teaching skills – to teach more authentically, with greater presence and confidence, and to live their full potential with joy and courage in everyday life.

The classes are individually adapted to each participant. They combine classical yoga systems with modern, practical exercises – including case studies relevant to everyday life.

Yoga Acharya Sivan teaches with many years of experience, empathy, and warmth. He creates an inspiring and respectful learning atmosphere in which you will be lovingly supported on your own authentic path.

Requirements

You have already completed a yoga teacher training – style and school don’t matter. Openness and a joy of learning are the most important things.

Training content

Yoga Asanas:
More flexibility, strength, and balance – with precise instruction, corrections, and individual adjustments.
– Basic, intermediate, and advanced asanas
– Anatomically correct alignment, error analysis, and health aspects.

Pranayama, Kriyas, Mudras, Bandhas, and Meditation:
Deepen your breath practice and experience inner peace and clarity.
– Pranayama in theory and practice
– Introduction to Kriyas, Mudras, and Bandhas
– Meditation – Effects, benefits, and integration.

Yoga Philosophy:
Self-reflection (Swadhyaya) and consciousness development.
– Study of classical texts such as the Gheranda Samhita
– Sravanam (listening), Mananam (reflecting), and Nidhidhyasam (experiencing).

Ayurveda:
Holistic knowledge for health and balance.
– Fundamentals and anatomy in Ayurveda
– Introduction to Marma Vidya – Healing via vital points.

Mantras and Sanskrit:
Activate healing energies through sound and language.
– Important Sanskrit terms & slokas
– Correct pronunciation & meaning of mantras
– Kirtans & spiritual songs

In-person classes (15 Sundays):
 Every first Sunday of the month, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Online classes (10 Saturdays):
 Selected Saturdays, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
