- Japa Dhyana – Meditation with Mantras
- Ekagrata Sadhana – Various Concentration Techniques
- Chakra Dhyanam – Meditation on Energy Centers
This course not only teaches the techniques, but also shows you how to consciously integrate the experience of meditation into your daily life. This will help you develop inner peace, mental clarity, and a deep inner balance.
