Yoga is a timeless pragmatic science that was developed several thousand years ago by the great yogis of India. A systematic yoga practice provides both good health and peace of mind and strengthens the spiritual consciousness. According to the yogic tradition, a full training takes 12 years. However, in today’s world this has become impossible to devote so much time to such training.
In the last 28 years, Yoga Acharya Sivan Namboothiri, has successfully trained more than 1,000 yoga teachers, regardless of their age, origin and background. This Y.T.T.C. is the 22th course in Berlin and the 38 th to be held under his leadership in its entirety.
